Each month we are adding new products to the online store. As we strive towards the goal of having all our products available online, we ask for your patience and understanding. We want to make sure all product information and images are correct before representing any of our products on our site.
Creating an account is easy. Click on CREATE ACCOUNT on the top of any page. A new page will open asking for your name, email address and password. Follow the instructions being sure to create a password of 6 characters and at least 1 non-alphabetic character.

Yes. For select brands, we do offer a quantity discount for a high volume order of the same item. Contact our customer service team at 855-232-9104 to learn if your order will qualify for a quantity price discount.
Murdochs.com only accepts U.S. bank issued credit cards at this time. Customers from Canada may want to visit our retail stores, where they may use most Canadian credit cards to make purchases.

Yes, each online order incurs shipping charges based on the dimension, weight, and destination of the shipment. You will be able to see the shipping charges before you finish the check out.
You will receive an email from Murdoch's letting you know that your online order has shipped with a tracking number included.

We strive to get your order to you quickly. Before your order is handed over to a shipping company, it is processed. It typically takes one to two business days to process your order, but processing times may vary between several hours and several business days. Orders shipped with Ground Shipping are typically in transit 1-7 business days. Orders shipped with 3-Day Select Shipping are typically in transit 3 business days. Orders Shipped with Overnight Express or Overnight Saver arrive within 1 business day of being picked up by the shipping carrier. Please note that orders may arrive in multiple shipments. If you have concerns about your order arriving on time or which shipment method is appropriate for your needs, call our customer service team at 855-232-9104 before placing your order.
Most Murdochs.com orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in Missoula, Montana. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouses, which are located throughout the United States.
Murdochs.com ships only to addresses within the United States.
Your order will ship via USPS or UPS depending on what we believe is the best option for your package to arrive efficiently and in good condition at the shipping address specified by you during the order checkout process.

How do I return a product? Can I return a product to a store?

How do I get a gift card? What the heck is an eGift Card? May I return a gift card? How are traditional gift cards shipped?
Murdoch's gift cards can be purchased online or in any retail location.
If you like to be "green", spare the tax on the environment and send an eGift Card to your family or friends. eGift Cards arrive via email and can be used online or in any retail location.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. If you are not happy with any purchase you make using a gift card, please refer to our return policy.
Gift cards purchased online are shipped First Class USPS.
