Set on the old Overland Trail, Fort Morgan offers a good look at the agricultural history of Colorado state. This agriculture and manufacturing based community offers all of the amenities for travelers passing through the area. Boaters enjoy recreating at several nearby reservoirs, bird watching fanatics can take advantage of a series of State Wildlife Areas to the east of town and history buffs can marvel at the local Military Museum.
