OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The “Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply Miles City, Montana In-Store Discount Promotion and NORMA Bingo Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) begins on May 12, 2008 at 9:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 18, 2008 at 8:59:59 p.m. ET.

SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED TO PERMANENT LEGAL RESIDENTS RESIDING ONLY IN THE STATES OF MONTANA, SOUTH DAKOTA, NORTH DAKOTA, IDAHO and WYOMING IN THE UNITED STATES (“Participating States”). VOID TO PEOPLE IN ALL OTHER U.S. STATES, TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, OTHER COUNTRIES AND WHERE PROHIBITED

1.Eligibility: Sweepstakes (as defined below) is only open to permanent legal residents of the states of Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Idaho and Wyoming of the United States (“U.S.”) (collectively, the “Participating States”) who are physically located and residing therein and who are the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of May 12, 2008. (For purposes of this Sweepstakes, the age of majority is eighteen (18) years of age in all of the Participating States in the United States of America). Employees of Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply (“Sponsor”), its advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related are ineligible to enter Sweepstakes.

2.How to Enter: Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply Miles City, Montana In-Store Discount Promotion and NORMA Bingo Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:01 a.m. ET on May 12, 2008 and ends at 8:59:59 p.m. ET on May 18, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Eastern Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes:

1. Visit Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply (“Murdoch’s”) store located at 620 Meadows Drive, Miles City, MT 59301


2. Try on a clothing item or boot in the Murdoch’s store;


3. When done trying on clothing and/or boots, go to a clothing representative within that Murdoch’s store;


4. Obtain one (1) NORMA bingo card from a Murdoch’s clothing representative;


5. Obtain two (2) tokens from the hopper per clothing or boot item tried on;


6. Obtain one (1) stamp on your NORMA bingo card from the Murdoch’s clothing representative for each token obtained;


7. Once you fill any complete vertical, horizontal or diagonal row on the NORMA bingo card, present the card to a Murdoch’s clothing representative and you will receive a coupon for 20% off your clothing, boot and/or accessories same-day purchase at the Murdoch’s Mile City, MT store;


8. The 20% discount resulting from playing NORMA bingo must be used the same day you won bingo and received the coupon, and is valid for purchases made only that day.


9. Completely fill in your contact information (“Entry” or “Entry Information”) at the bottom of your NORMA bingo card, check the box on the Entry form after reading the Official Rules to acknowledge you read them and accept them, and leave your Entry with a Murdoch’s clothing representative, to enter to win a $200 Murdoch’s gift card;


10. Your Entry must be submitted to a clothing representative at the Miles City, MT Murdoch’s store during the Sweepstakes Period.

3.Qualifications for Entries: Entries must be received by 8:59:59 p.m. ET on May 18, 2008. All required Entry Information must be completed in full to be considered. Limit one (1) Entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries in excess of the stated limits by the same person will be disqualified. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. Entries also must not contain inappropriate or offensive material or libelous, tortuous, or otherwise unlawful information, or violate any federal or state statute or regulation. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. For participant’s Entry to be valid and in order for his or her Entry Information to be considered, each entrant must acknowledge reading, accepting, and agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Entrants must be of good moral character. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude anyone convicted of a crime (other than moving violations of a misdemeanor type that did not involve personal injury, drugs or alcohol). Entrants must have nothing in their background that would be an embarrassment to Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude Entrants for these or any other reasons, in Sponsor’s sole editorial discretion.


4.Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded, consisting of the following: One (1) gift card (“Card”), for potential Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”). Card includes one gift card for $200.00 (two hundred dollars) redeemable for merchandise sold at any Murdoch’s store during that store’s business hours, to be redeemed at any time. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is two hundred dollars ($200.00). Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to, transportation, meals, phone calls, gratuities, taxes and gasoline. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the Grand Prize (or Grand Prize components) will be allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute the Grand Prize (or Grand Prize components) with one of equal value for any reason at its sole discretion. All federal, State, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will receive a 1099 form from the Sponsor for the total ARV, as stated herein, of his/her prize that he/she won for the calendar year that he/she won.

5.Grand Prize Winner Notification: Grand Prize Winner will be notified on or about May 19, 2008 - May 21, 2008 by telephone (at the number provided on that entrant’s Entry). If Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached within three (3) days of notification of winning, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and a next potential Grand Prize Winner will be drawn in the Sweepstakes. After Grand Prize Winner is notified, the Winner will have a choice of 1) having the Card sent to Grand Prize Winner’s home or 2) going to the Miles City, Montana Murdoch’s store to pick up the Card.

6.General Conditions and Disclaimers: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign, execute, notarize, and fax an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release (“Affidavit/Release”) and Publicity Release and any other documentation that the Sponsor may require within two (2) days of receiving notification and return the originals by mail, or by mail service paid for by Sponsor, within five (5) days of receiving notification, or potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release and Publicity Release, Grand Prize Winner attests to the authenticity of his/her participation in Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply Miles City, Montana In-Store Discount Promotion and NORMA Bingo Sweepstakes and the provisions stated therein including compliance with these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple Entries, or Entries that are entered by other than human means or Entries that are late, incomplete, lost, misdirected, forged, damaged, destroyed, tampered with, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the Sweepstakes from among all salvageable eligible Entries received, if any. Any person attempting to defraud Sponsor or tamper with Sweepstakes in any way will be prosecuted to the full extent permitted by law and will not be eligible for the Grand Prize. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and may not be acknowledged and will not be returned.

7.Publicity Release: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://www.murdochs.com except where prohibited by law, participation in Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, any entrant’s or winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Sponsor, the Web Site or the Sweepstakes or other promotions, and hereby release the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto.

8.Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple Entries or for Entries that are late, destroyed, mutilated, forged, lost, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. By participating, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy) in connection with this Sweepstakes, including participation or the acceptance, receipt, possession, misuse, nonuse or use of any prize (or portion thereof); incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; acceptance, use or misuse of the Card or any prize awarded herein; (including, but not limited to, cancellations and delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any of these services for the Grand Prize Winner won due to reasons beyond control of Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities); human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; and waives all rights to claim direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, attorney fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the prize suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of Sponsor, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor and other Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants agree to release all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities.

9.Nature of Relationship/Waiver of Equitable Relief: Each entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between the entrant and the Sweepstakes Entities is not a confidential, fiduciary.

10.Dates & Deadlines/Anticipated Number of Entrants: Because of the nature and scope of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in addition to those other rights reserved herein, to modify any date(s) or deadline(s) set forth in these Official Rules or otherwise governing the Sweepstakes. Sponsor cannot accurately predict the number of Entrants who will participate in the Sweepstakes.

11.Rules/Winner Information: Winner’s name will be posted on the Web Site at www.murdochs.com within two weeks of notifying the Winner.
