Manager Trainee
The primary role of the Manager Trainee is to develop knowledge and understanding of the day to day store operations, customer service and merchandising. This position requires the individual to develop strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and supervise employees. Other requirements of this position include establishing strong communication skills, an interactive sales approach, keen awareness of loss prevention, maintenance of store cleanliness and appearance, excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
This position requires the ability to relocate into one of our 14 markets throughout Montana, Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.

Help Desk Support Specialist
Location: Bozeman, Montana

Duties:
Provide technical support, resolve technical and procedural problems over the phone for end users w/hardware, software and communication issues. Interact with people on all levels. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
