Our Guarantee stands behind all of its products. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must be in resalable condition.

With a receipt:

Items returned that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, to the original payment method, plus applicable sales taxes. If the return is over $200, and was originally paid for with a check or cash, a check will be cut from our Home Office for the full amount of the refund as stated above. Without the original bankcard present, we will issue a gift card in the full amount of the refund as stated above.

Without a receipt:

Items returned without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product, or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a Murdoch’s gift card. Returns

Returned items must be in resalable condition. orders can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund as long as the items haven't been used. *Some restrictions apply.

We recommend you try all clothing on before removing tags and/or washing the garment. For footwear, please try shoes on and walk on carpeted surfaces only to avoid scuffing.

If you received the return form and label with your order, please fill out the form and place it in the box with your order, affix the label on the box, and drop the box off at any UPS or United States Postal Service location, depending on which carrier delivered your order.

There is a flat fee of $8.00 for using the pre-addressed return shipping label. After your return is accepted, we'll refund your original payment method less the return shipping fee.

If you did not receive a return form or return shipping label you can contact our Customer Service department by calling 855.232.9104 for assistance. Exchanges

At this time we cannot do direct exchanges. If you are looking to exchange an item you’ve purchased online, you will need to call our Customer Service department and first return the item, then place a new order for the exchange. Exchange orders receive free shipping, and you will receive a full refund for the return minus return shipping charges once we receive the item.

Clothing and Boot returns and exchanges:

When returning clothing or boots, please include all original tags. For item to be returned it must be in like-new condition, free from any external debris, wear marks and/or stains.

Price Adjustments will honor a price adjustment on full price merchandise (excluding gift cards) within 5 days of the original purchase. The adjustment will be issued in the form of a gift card. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

What Are ‘Resalable’ Items?

Resalable items are:

  • Clean
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Unscuffed
  • Have original tags still attached

*Guidelines and Restrictions

Our standard return policy does not apply to the following items:

  • Ammunition, firearms, gunpowder, and primers may not be returned due to safety considerations
  • Vaccines may not be returned
  • Refrigerated items may not be returned
  • Live Animals may not be returned
  • Any items cut to length at a customer's request may not be returned
  • Gift Cards

The following may be returned as long as the following criteria is met:

Gasoline-engine powered items may be returned within 60 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. The item must be returned in its’ original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. All fluids (gas and oil) must be drained out of engine before being returned to us. After 60 days, you will need to return these items directly to the manufacturer, under the manufacturer's warranty.
