What is the Frequent Buyer Program?
Murdoch’s Frequent Buyer Programs are a terrific way to save on the food you need for all your animals. For each bag of eligible food you buy, you earn your way toward free food or other rewards.
Who is eligible to participate?
All Murdoch's customers.
How do I participate?
You must have a customer record to participate. Required customer information includes name, phone number, and email address. Purchased items will automatically be added when you checkout using your name.
Why should I join?
Free stuff, get rewarded for things you are already buying.
What is my reward?
Free food or gift card.
Why are rewards different?
Varies based on brand.
How do I qualify my online purchase?
Take a copy of your shipped order, picked-up confirmation email, or receipt to your local Murdoch's store within 30 days of purchase and have one of our team members confirm and sign you up for your selected Frequent Buyer Program.
How do I redeem my reward?
A free bag of food will automatically be applied at checkout when the correct number of purchases have been made.
I’ve reached my reward, can I redeem online?
Item redemptions must be made in-store.
Can I participate in multiple programs?
Yes, you can work towards multiple rewards/brands at the same time.
Is there an expiration date?
Yes, for some programs. Expiration dates vary. See cashier for details.
What if I don’t see a Frequent Buyer Program for my preferred brand at Murdoch's?
Currently, we do not have an active Frequent Buyer Program in place for every brand we carry. However, we are constantly updating and expanding our offerings, so we encourage you to check back regularly to see if any new programs or brands have been added.
