How can I buy a gift card?

Murdoch's gift cards can be purchased online or at any retail location.

May I return a gift card?

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. If you are unhappy with any purchase made using a gift card, please refer to our Return Policy to view your options.

How are gift cards shipped?

Traditional gift cards purchased online at Murdochs.com are shipped from Bozeman, MT via First Class mail. Please allow 8 – 12 business days to receive your gift card.

Murdoch’s eGift cards purchased online at Murdochs.com are delivered via email to the recipient of your choice. Most eGift cards arrive within a few hours. eGift card delivery may be delayed up to 72 hours if the purchase if sent to our credit card verification system outside of our normal Customer Service hours (Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM Mountain Time). Please contact us with any questions or concerns at 1-855-232-9104.

Can you refund to a gift card?

Refunds are issued via their original method of payment. Therefore, if your order was origianlly placed with a gift card, we will issue your refund via a new eGift card.

How do I check my gift card balance?

To check the balance of your gift card, please visit our gift card balance checker or call our Customer Service team at 855-232-9104, Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM Mountain Time.

Can Murdoch’s gift cards be used online?

Yes, simply enter your gift card information during checkout.

Do Murdoch’s gift cards expire?

Murdoch's gift cards do not expire. If a gift card has not been used within three years of previous activity, we are required to send those funds to the State of MT as unclaimed property. If you still have the gift card, and it's funds were sent to the State of MT, we can give you a replacement gift card.
