We ship to all the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, California, and Hawaii. Please allow up to two business days* for your order to be processed. Estimated day of arrival is not guaranteed and does not include unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster or severe weather.
Murdoch's will not ship to freight forwarders. We do not allow 3rd party resellers, and do not drop ship.
Locations in California - We have suspended shipping to California addresses until we are able to come into full compliance as outlined in Proposition 65.

If payment authorization is delayed, in order to confirm payment or prevent fraud, Murdochs.com reserves the right to delay shipments. Every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time.
Prior to Shipping
Please check to see if the recipient’s location is open, since many some businesses’ hours may have changed either due to local restrictions or at the business’s discretion. We will make three routine delivery attempts* before returning a package to the sender. Please visit UPS.com for the most up-to-date information regarding the impact of Coronavirus on UPS services.
Where available, you can sign up for free UPS My Choice which enables you to provide more specific delivery instructions such as where to leave deliveries, or redirect deliveries to another location, and also provides you with the ability to receive delivery notifications.
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

Free shipping is offered with the purchase of traditional gift cards and are sent from our home office located in Bozeman, MT via USPS First Class
We ship from 32 of our 34 locations which may lead to multiple packages for the same order. As a result, you will be notified of multiple tracking numbers. Additional shipping fees will not be incurred if we send your order in multiple shipments.
Tracking information will only appear once the package(s) are scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 2 days for tracking to appear in transit. If tracking has not appeared past the 2-day grace period please contact customer service.

Are there shipping charges for online orders?
Yes, for orders under $99, we have a flat-rate shipping fee of $12. For orders over $99, we are happy to provide free shipping. However, larger items may require a shipping surcharge. Why am I being charged extra shipping?
Some large and/or heavy items incur surcharges. These charges are determined by weight and dimension, and cannot be waived. To learn more, see our Shipping Policy Page.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us stating that your order has shipped. This email will contain tracking information so that you can track the progress of your order.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Does Murdochs.com ship orders on the weekends?
murdochs.com follows UPS and USPS shipping days, which are Monday thru Friday. There are no weekend shipments.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to get your order to you quickly. Please note that it typically takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order, and that processing times may vary between several hours and several business days.
Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically in transit 1-7 business days.
Be aware that orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Where does my order ship from?
We currently ship out of 32 of our 34 stores. We aim to ship most, if not all, of your order from one location— preferably the store that is closest to you. Please be aware that your order can ship from different store locations, and you may receive multiple packages. If this happens, you will NOT incur additional shipping charges.
Does Murdochs.com ship to countries outside of the U.S.?
At this time, Murdochs.com can only ship to addresses within the continental United States, which excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
What carrier will deliver my order?
Your order ships to you via UPS and UPS SurePost ® . Most Murdoch's orders will require a physical address for delivery. A Murdoch's employee will contact you if you provide a PO Box, & we are unable to send it to the address.
I live in Alaska or Hawaii, why can’t I find my state in the drop-down menu during the checkout process?
Currently, murdochs.com does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do accept payment methods with billing addresses in Alaska or Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I live in California and I can't find my state in the drop-down menu during the checkout process. Why?
We have suspend shipping to California addresses until we are able to come into full compliance as outlined in Proposition 65.
