If payment authorization is delayed, in order to confirm payment or prevent fraud, Murdochs.com reserves the right to delay shipments. Every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time.
Free shipping is offered with the purchase of traditional gift cards and are sent from our home office located in Bozeman, MT via USPS First Class
We ship from 16 of our 33 locations which may lead to multiple packages for the same order. As a result, you will be notified of multiple tracking numbers. Additional shipping fees will not be incurred if we send your order in multiple shipments.
Tracking information will only appear once the package(s) are scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 2 days for tracking to appear in transit. If tracking has not appeared past the 2-day grace period please contact customer service.
