- Reserve Online: Booking opens the first week of each month (May, June, July, and August) on Murdochs.com.
- Pickup at the End of the Month: Your birds will be delivered to your selected store 2-4 weeks later.
- No Hassle Pickup: You’ll get an email (and optional text alerts) with delivery details and pick-up instructions. Birds must be picked up within 4 business hours of notification to ensure their health and safety.
Important Info & Pickup Policy
- 4-Hour Pickup Window: Birds must be picked up within 4 business hours of notification. If your birds arrive within 4 hours of store closing, you’ll have until 9 a.m. the following morning to pick them up.
- Order Policy: All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or returns will be accepted except in cases of hatchery, shipping, or Murdoch’s errors.
- Bird Care: These birds are hardy and arrive ready to go—boxed and labeled with your name for quick pickup.
- Late Pickups: If you can’t make it in time, please call your store. We may be able to hold your birds briefly with manager approval, but birds not picked up within the window may be forfeited to protect their health.
