Light weight and airy woven fabric, with a pretty paisley print through out, shapes short puff sleeves and a feminine sweetheart neckline with encased elastic to create a flattering, ruching effect. The high fitted waist falls to a tiered, figure skimming silhouette before ending at a midi hem. Smocking at the back bodice allows for a perfect fit.
