Its reliable production of 10-ounce fruits combined with an excellent disease resistance package, including Alternaria stem canker, gray leaf spot, Fusarium wilt (1, 2), and Verticillium wilt, make it a winner for any garden.

'Red Pride' tomatoes are at the peak of sun-ripened deliciousness when they are fully red and have a slight give when gently squeezed.

  • When to sow inside, recommended, 4 to 6 weeks before transplanting. Transplant when air temperature is 45 degrees F or warmer, usually 1 to 2 weeks after your average last frost date. Ideal soil temperature for germination is 70 degrees F.

  • Space a group of 3 seeds every 24"
  • When to sow outside, 1 to 2 weeks after your average last frost date, and when soil temperature is at least 60 degrees F.
