This flexible container is perfect for multiple uses. It replaces 3-4 traditional boxes of pectin – a great value! It is formulated for better-tasting, healthful, lower-calorie jam (compared to full sugar recipe with regular pectin).

Ball Brand RealFruit Low or No-Sugar Needed Flex Batch Pectin is great for lower-calorie jam. It has been reformulated for improved flavor and performance. Be assured of a good set each time, as this formula provides more flexibility for sugar while maintaining a good gel.

Scalable recipe – make from 1-10 jars of jam per batch, up to 22 half-pint jars per package. 3 Tablespoons = 1 box of other pectin brands.
