ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Description

This 3-String Alfalfa Bale is made from high-quality, sun-cured alfalfa forage to deliver consistent nutrition horses can rely on. Naturally higher in protein and calories, alfalfa hay provides digestible fiber and energy to support performance, body condition, and everyday feeding needs. Long-stem forage encourages natural chewing and supports healthy digestion, making it a dependable choice for horses with higher nutritional demands.

Features

  • Low in carbohydrates - great option for insulin resistant or carb sensitive animals
  • Natural forage length - mimics grazing, slows intake, stimulates chewing and minimizes digestive upset, may help eliminate boredom and prevent stall vices.
  • High protein level ideal choice for performance horses
  • Stomach Friendly - calcium levels can reduce the risk of stomach ulcers
  • Made in USA - Made in Idaho with care with the highest-quality forage in the USA Suitable forage source for horses, livestock (cattle, sheep, goats), bison, llamas, alpacas, deer and elk
