ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Description

This medium, white freeze dryer can freeze dry 1,450 pounds of fresh food per year. Great for use on counter tops, carts, or tables. For maintenance, simply filter and replace oil (unless you upgraded to an oil free pump). It just takes a couple of minutes.

  • Freeze dry 1,450 pounds of fresh food per year (7-10 pounds per batch).
  • Overall Dimensions Actual: 19″ W x 25″ D x 29″ H. Perfect for counter top, cart, or table. 112 lbs.
  • 4 trays (7.5″ W x 18″ L x 0.75″ H)
  • There is also a detachable vacuum pump that sits outside the freeze dryer.
  • 110 volt outlet. A dedicated 20 amp circuit is recommended but not required.
