Murdoch's has service centers in our stores in Missoula, Butte, and Hamilton, Montana, as well as Powell, Wyoming, including our southern distribution center in Laramie, Wyoming, where we service what we sell and honor all manufacturer’s warranties. Our friendly team is dedicated to servicing your power equipment and having it back in your hands in a timely manner.
Getting your equipment serviced is simple. Just stop by your local store and talk with an associate. If your local store doesn’t have a service center, we will send your equipment to the closest center to be serviced and we will give you a call when it is ready to be picked up.

Ease of replacement/exchange - should your product need to be replaced as a result of covered failure, simply return the product to the nearest Murdoch’s location and the replacement will be processed with the same or similar product.
