Shipping Policy
Our Commitment: We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but cannot guarantee delivery time.
Now shipping dry bags of pet food & animal feed. Fees & exclusions may apply.
We ship to all the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, California, and Hawaii. Please allow up to two business days* for your order to be processed. Estimated day of arrival is not guaranteed and does not include unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe weather.
Murdoch's will not ship to freight forwarders. We do not allow third-party resellers, and do not drop ship.
Shop and ship early to make sure you are able to receive your holiday items in time.
Locations in California - We have suspended shipping to California addresses until we are able to come into full compliance as outlined in Proposition 65.

Please note that if a holiday falls on a weekend, the following Monday will be taken as observance.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to provide shipping for:
- Locations in Alaska, California, Hawaii, or internationally
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- The following items:
- Ammunition
- Firearms
- Gunpowder
- Primers
- Chemicals (including oil and gas)
- Vaccines
Payment Delays
If payment authorization is delayed, in order to confirm payment or prevent fraud, Murdochs.com reserves the right to delay shipments. Every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time.
Gift Cards
Free shipping is offered with the purchase of traditional gift cards and are sent from our home office located in Bozeman, Mont., via USPS First Class
Tracking
We ship from all store locations which may lead to multiple packages for the same order. As a result, you may be notified of multiple tracking numbers. Additional shipping fees will not be incurred if we send your order in multiple shipments.
Tracking information will only appear once the package(s) are scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 2 days for tracking to appear in transit. If tracking has not appeared past the 2-day grace period please contact customer service.

Are there shipping charges for online orders?
Yes, for all orders, we have a flat-rate shipping fee of $15. For larger items Murdoch's may require a shipping surcharge. Why am I being charged extra shipping?
Some large and/or heavy items incur surcharges. These charges are determined by weight and dimension, and cannot be waived. To learn more, see our Shipping Policy Page.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us stating that your order has shipped. This email will contain tracking information so that you can track the progress of your order.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Does Murdochs.com ship orders on the weekends?
Murdochs.com follows standard shipping days, which are Monday thru Friday. There are no weekend shipments.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to get your order to you quickly. Please note that it typically takes up to 2 business days to process your order, and that processing times may vary between several hours and several business days.
Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically in transit 1-7 business days.
Be aware that orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Where does my order ship from?
We currently ship out of our stores. We aim to ship most, if not all, of your order from one location— preferably the store that is closest to you. Please be aware that your order can ship from different store locations, and you may receive multiple packages. If this happens, you will NOT incur additional shipping charges.
Does Murdochs.com ship to countries outside of the U.S.?
At this time, Murdochs.com can only ship to addresses within the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska.
What types of address can I ship to?
Most Murdoch's orders will require a physical address for delivery. A Murdoch's employee will contact you if you provide a PO Box, and we are unable to send it to the address.
I live in California, Alaska, or Hawaii, why can’t I find my state in the drop-down menu during the checkout process?
Currently, murdochs.com does not ship to California, Alaska, or Hawaii. We do accept payment methods with billing addresses in California, Alaska, and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
