Who’s sponsoring this Sweepstakes?

Our legal name is Ranch and Home Supply, LLC dba Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply® (Murdoch’s/We). And we are happy to give our Service Plus Rewards (“SPR”) members the chance to win various prizes throughout the year (“Sweepstakes”).You can reach us at 2311 N. 7th Ave., Bozeman, MT 59715 (“Home Office”) and by email at customerservice@murdochs.com.

When is the Sweepstakes?

The Sweepstakes is ongoing throughout certain months of 2023 (indicated below), unless and until terminated by Murdoch’s at our sole discretion. Notice of such termination will be posted online at https://www.murdochs.com/services/service-plus-rewards-program.

Who’s eligible?

Any current SPR member who is a legal resident of the United States (except CA, FL, HI, NY, and RI) who is at least 18 years old may enter the Sweepstakes. Heads up, we may require you to verify your eligibility at any time to participate in the Sweepstakes, win, and/or receive a prize. These folks, however, are not eligible: Murdoch’s owners, officers, managers, employees, and agents, their immediate family members (including parents, grandparents, spouses, children, grandchildren, and siblings), and anyone domiciled with any of them.

How do I enter?

Every SPR member is automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. (To become an SPR member to enjoy all SPR benefits, but not as a means of entry into a sweepstakes, sign up in any Murdoch’s store location or get a mail-in sign-up form by sending a written request (with a self-addressed, stamped envelope) to Murdoch’s at our Home Office, Attn: Monthly SPR Gift Card Sweepstakes. Proof of mailing is not proof that we received the request or entry. Incomplete entries are invalid. One entry per person.

What are the prizes?

During each month of the Sweepstakes, the following “Prizes” will be available for selected winners.

Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on each Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner according to applicable law. Murdoch’s may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at our sole discretion. Decisions regarding Prize availability and substitution are made at Murdoch's sole discretion and are final.

When and how are winners selected?

We will have monthly drawings to select winner(s). WINNERS SELECTED AT RANDOM. ODDS OF WINNING DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES. The total quantity of Prizes available each month (see chart above) will determine the number of drawings and winners (one winner per drawing) for that month. Decisions regarding monthly drawings and the selection of monthly winners are made at Murdoch's sole discretion and are final.

How does a winner claim a prize?

We will notify each monthly winner by the phone number/email provided upon becoming an SPR member.

To claim a gift card Prize, each winner must choose either: (1) an e-gift card by providing a valid email address in response to our notification call/email, or (2) a traditional gift card by showing a valid ID at any Murdoch’s location. We will email the e-gift card to the address provided; winner will pick up the traditional gift card from the Murdoch’s location. For any Prize with a deemed value of $600 or greater, each winner must provide us with a fully completed and signed W-9. In such cases, a form will be made available upon notification of a winner.

A winner who does not claim a Prize as required within (1) week after notification forever forfeits the Prize. Decisions regarding the satisfaction of claim requirements and Prize forfeiture are made at Murdoch's sole discretion and are final.

Where can I see who won this Sweepstakes?

You can get a list of monthly winners by sending a written request (with a self-addressed, stamped envelope) to Murdoch’s at our Home Office, Attn: Monthly SPR Gift Card Sweepstakes.

What about rights, privacy, and future contact?

By entering this Sweepstakes, you authorize Murdoch’s to use all personal data sent to us related to the Sweepstakes in accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.murdochs.com/privacy). On the entry form, you may opt to receive Murdoch’s direct marketing and advertisements, which you may opt-out of at any time by going to www.murdochs.com/unsubscribe, by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email from us, or by requesting that we remove your name from our mailing lists by contacting us at customerservice@murdochs.com. We will not sell your personal information to any third party.

Don’t get disqualified.

We may disqualify anyone from participating, winning, or receiving a Prize for violating any of these Official Rules, failing to meet any of the Sweepstakes requirements, gaining an unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or using fraudulent means to participate, win, or receive a prize in the Sweepstakes. Decisions regarding disqualification are made in Murdoch's sole discretion and are final.

We may modify these Official Rules as needed.

We are solely responsible for interpreting these Official Rules and addressing any conflicts, ambiguities, or disputes. We may waive any requirements or otherwise modify these Official Rules as we deem appropriate. We may suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including if the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by anything that undermines its purpose or fairness, like the following: human error; intentional interference; mechanical, electrical, communications, network, Internet, hardware, or software malfunction or failure; or any other event outside Murdoch’s control. Decisions regarding modification of these Official Rules and suspension or termination of the Sweepstakes are made in Murdoch’s sole discretion and are final.

We are not responsible for any losses.

AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN, WINNING, AND/OR RECEIVING A PRIZE, EACH PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES RELEASES, ACQUITS, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES MURDOCH’S AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (“MURDOCHIANS”) FROM ANY AND ALL KINDS OF LOSS, HARM, OR INJURY RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES, including (without limitation) loss associated with the following: lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries; transmission issues or errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay of entries; theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alterations of entry materials and information (including personal information); mechanical, electrical, communications, network, Internet, hardware, or software malfunction or failure.

We are not liable for any damages.

MURDOCHIANS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE (STRICTLY, VICARIOUSLY, JOINTLY, SEVERALLY, OR OTHERWISE) FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES. THAT LIMITATION ON LIABILITY APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF ANY LOSS, HARM, INJURY, OR DAMAGES.

Any disputes must be arbitrated.

ALL CLAIMS OF EVERY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND/OR THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS (WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION) BY BINDING ARBITRATION. The Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures of the American Arbitration Association shall govern any such proceeding.

EACH PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES KNOWINGLY, WILLFULLY, EXPRESSLY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY KIND OF CLAIM OR DISPUTE RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Montana law governs.

Montana law governs all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes.

Only these Official Rules count.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Murdoch’s and each Sweepstakes participant concerning any and all aspects of the Sweepstakes. These Official Rules supersede and cancel all other statements, agreements, and/or understandings concerning any and all aspects of the Sweepstakes, except as Murdoch’s may modify these Official Rules in its sole discretion.
